Product Warranty

HPI – Heartech Precision Inc. / dba PIONEER warranties against defective material and workmanship for one year from the shipping date. Customer designed tools may be subject to special warranty conditions. All other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded from all sales by PIONEER.
PIONEER cannot control how our customers use our product. All information provided is given in good faith. It is the responsibility of the user to do testing to insure the products suitability with the application.
If you have a questions or concern we are happy to address the issue with you.
• Request an inspection RGA for tracking purposes from Customer Service. Please include where the tool was ordered, order date and condition of the tool (new or used).

• Inspection will be performed.

• If a factory defect exist we will replace the product immediately.

• If it is determined the operation, machine or cutting tool is the cause of the issue the tool will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. 
If the customer does not respond within 30 days of the report the tool will be disposed of.

Returns

HPI dba PIONEER reserves the right to refuse any products sent back without a proper Return Goods Authorization.

PIONEER will accept product within 30 days of the original invoice date if the following conditions are met:

RGA number is acquired from Pioneer Customer Service.

RGA must be closed within 30 days of issue date if the following conditions are met.

Material is a standard catalog item.
Material returned is in Brand New, Resell-able Condition – No Exceptions.
Material returned is in original packaging and labeling and must be in new condition, if damaged a $5 per item fee will apply.

15% Inspection fee is applied to all returns.
The 15% inspection fee can be waived if a new offsetting order for equal or greater value is placed when the RGA number is issued. Product and Packaging must meet above requirements.
Previously entered orders cannot be applied as an offsetting order..
Specials, Non-Standard, Non-Catalog items may not be returned for credit.

Repair Policy

All repairs must be shipped to PIONEER with an RGA number.
The repair will be evaluated and if repairable a quote will be issued and work will be completed after the receipt of the purchase order. PIONEER reserves the right to refuse to repair any item.
Customer is liable for all freight and duty cost to and from PIONEER. If there is no response from the customer within 60 days of receipt of the repair the ownership of the repair will transfer to PIONEER for disposal.
